Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site staining and sealing of wood window frames, sashes, and trim.
- Conduct routine maintenance and service on installed windows, including adjustments, repairs, and refinishing.
- Inspect windows for damage, wear, or finish issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Inspect and gather service parts and pieces, maintaining an organized inventory.
- Keep your service vehicle properly stocked with necessary service parts.
- Ensure timely closeout of services to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to company safety standards.

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in wood staining, finishing, or window service preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of wood types, stain products, and application techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Schedule - Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Pay Rate - $25-$27 plus bonus incentives
