Supply Chain and Hardware Clerk

Renewal by Andersen is a 'start to finish' residential window replacement company serving Wyoming, Montana, and the Rapid City, SD area. We are the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows, which is the largest and oldest window manufacturer nationwide.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the Fleet for the organization is maintained and running properly and working with Logistics to complete audits and complete basic orders. This position will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Acts as the primary receiver for purchased orders, ensuring the correct order is received and disbursing it appropriately.

• Regularly audits all QuickBooks purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

• Orders and tracks all consumables from Home Depot.

• Responsible for tracking tool and hardware inventory.

• Audits warehouse supplies, ensuring they are properly stocked.

• Track Warehouse fleet, maintain records for trailer locations.

• Issue approved tool replacements for the Casper Warehouse.

• Assist warehouse staff with unloading and loading inventory as required.

• Assists Warehouse Manager as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-3 years’ experience in logistics or equivalent

• Strong Communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel, Salesforce and Adobe.

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
