Renewal by Andersen is seeking talented Sales Consultants to represent the Andersen brand of quality and service. We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals who can quickly build trust and rapport, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and consistently strive for top results.

We are expanding our team of In-Home Sales Representatives serving the Nebraska Panhandle. Candidates must reside in Scottsbluff/Gering, NE or Alliance, NE area.

Responsibilities:

Unlike many sales opportunities, Renewal by Andersen provides our Sales Representatives with pre-set, pre-qualified leads generated through both traditional and non-traditional marketing.

That means:

• No cold calling
• No prospecting
• Leads are provided before you visit the customer
• Customers have already expressed interest in our products

Your role is to visit customers in their homes, understand their needs, present the right solutions, and follow our proven sales methodology to close the sale while delivering on our brand promise of creating an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

You begin with a salaried training period prior to moving to commissions.

With comprehensive product training, our proven sales process, and consultative selling skills, successful representatives can achieve a 30%–40% close ratio with an average sale of approximately $15,000.

Training & Ongoing Development:

We invest in your success with six weeks of paid training designed to prepare you for the field, combining classroom training and field training with our Sales Manager(s) and experienced sales representatives.

Once you’re in the field, you’ll continue to receive ongoing coaching and training to help you build the skills, confidence, and expertise needed to achieve your goals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Previous sales experience can be helpful, but it is not required. We believe the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are the keys to success.
