WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent Renewal by Andersen at local events, home shows, community festivals, and retail locations throughout the Treasure Valley.
- Engage homeowners in friendly, genuine conversations.
- Generate qualified leads by scheduling free consultations with our Design Consultants.
- Represent a nationally recognized premium brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Set up and tear down event displays, tables, signage, and canopy tents.
- Help achieve daily appointment-setting goals while working in a fun, supportive, and competitive team environment.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Weekend availability (minimum of 3 weekend shifts per month)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic
