Lead and Strengthen the Team
- Coach, mentor, and motivate direct marketers to achieve performance goals.
- Build a positive and energetic team culture through consistent leadership.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new canvassers.
- Conduct field training, daily meetings, and skill-building sessions.
- Use data and metrics to analyze performance and adjust strategy.
- Guide daily, weekly, and monthly goal planning.
- Ensure consistent execution of scripts, customer service, and best practices.
- Optimize territory deployment, staffing, and scheduling.
- Manage mapping, routing, permitting, and field logistics.
- Maintain accurate tracking, data entry, and lead validation processes.
- Ensure marketing materials, tools, and scripts remain updated.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support regional goals.

- Excellent organization and project-management capability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Valid driver's license and insurance for business travel.

- Base Salary: $120,000 annually (full-time, exempt)
- Demo Bonus: Earn $100 for every 1% above 80% of demo plan (up to 120%)
- Sales Bonus: Earn $70 for every 1% above 80% of sales plan (up to 120%)
