As a Design Consultant at Renewal by Andersen of Northeast PA, you will play a pivotal role in helping homeowners transform their living spaces with high-quality replacement windows and doors. You will meet with potential customers in their homes to assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their comfort, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.

What You'll Do
- Arrive at sales appointments fully prepared and on time, taking ownership of appointments and demonstrating a strong commitment to converting sales leads into successful sales.
- Utilize Renewal selling tools and communication strategies to clearly convey product benefits.
- Actively listen to and engage with a diverse customer base and adjust approach as necessary to meet their individual needs
- Develop proficiency in assessing window needs, recording accurate measurements, and translating findings into a detailed scope of work that aligns with customer expectations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Renewal offerings.
- Regularly communicate with homeowners and colleagues by phone and e-mail to provide updates, answer questions and address concerns. Ensure timely follow-ups.
- Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings to provide updates, share experiences and collaborate with team members to continually improve performance and knowledge.
- Take part in training opportunities with an open mind and commitment to continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals, preferably in a consultative, in-home, or residential sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, establish rapport, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to customer needs and changing situations.
- Comfortable using technology to present solutions, manage customer relationships, and track sales activities.
- Ability to accurately complete documentation, contracts, and other sales-related paperwork while following established processes and procedures.
- Professional, dependable, and respectful in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Experience in home improvement, building products, construction, design, or related industries is a plus.
