Our Installation Process Managers oversee subcontractor crews and manage our window/door replacement installations from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for precise technical measurements, accurate and safe installations, and ensuring homeowner satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Perform precise measurements and determine the correct installation method for our replacement windows and doors.

Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation-related concerns, while overseeing all personnel involved in the installation process.

Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements related to installation are met, and lead all safety initiatives to ensure safe, compliant installation practices.

Drive homeowner satisfaction by coaching teams on technical skills and customer service; conduct regular site visits to audit quality and process adherence.

Supervise installation associates, including performance planning, communication, and issue resolution.

Manage independent contractors, including selection, contracting, and training, to maintain adequate installation capacity.

Ensure installation timelines are met by maintaining a skilled workforce and leading recruiting efforts to match demand.

Achieve margin and revenue goals by optimizing workforce capacity and using outsourced labor when appropriate.
Requirements:

At least 1yr of Window/Door Installation Experience
-
At least 1yr of Conducting Technical Measures Required for Installation

At least 1yr of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills

At least 2yrs of Construction/Home Improvement Industry Experience

Prior Managerial/Leadership Experience is Preferred

Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.

Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Basic financial knowledge (i.e., P&L Statements).
