Schedule: Full-Time – 5 Day Work Week (Weekend flexibility required)
Pay: $17/hour guaranteed Uncapped Commission

Renewal by Andersen is looking for energetic individuals to join our Retail Marketing Team. Retail Promoters work at Walmart in Monroe, speaking with homeowners and scheduling free consultations with our design consultants for window and door replacement projects.

What You’ll Do as a Retail Brand Ambassador

• Set FREE appointments at the Walmart in Monroe
• Schedule appointments using a mobile device
• Be on your feet, talking to people throughout the day

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends
• Friendly, outgoing personality and comfort talking with new people
• Comfortable standing and interacting with customers during retail shifts

Experience in these fields could be a great fit:

• Retail experience, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Brand Ambassador, Wireless Sales consultant, cashier, customer service
• Customer-facing service roles: Server, Bartender, Host/Hostess, Event Staff, Hospitality
