What You'll Do
- Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and start meaningful conversations
- Identify interest in premium window and door improvement solutions
- Set high-quality, in-home consultation appointments for the sales team
- Track activity and results using provided tools (Tablet/iPad)
- Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a competitive spirit

- 10-25 conversations with homeowners per day
- 2–5 appointments set daily

Compensation
