What You'll Do
- Manage Accounts Receivable activities
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Post and reconcile payments
- Ensure accuracy between QuickBooks Online and operational systems
- Support month-end processes, cash management, and payroll activities
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Full-cycle accounting experience
- Payroll and cash management experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Accounting Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points For:

- Experience in construction, retail, inventory-based, or other operationally focused businesses
