Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified sales candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top sales talent.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in sales or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and the sales hiring process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
