This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools and has a strong interest in ensuring smooth operations in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document management
- Create, format, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal use
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day sales team operations
- Handle email correspondence and basic office communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required)
- Basic to intermediate data analysis skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data organization)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- $26.50/hourly plus monthly bonus opportunity
- Full-time, Onsite in Farmingdale, NY Monday-Friday
