What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with homeowners at retail locations, events & tradeshows
- Starting conversations, building rapport & identifying needs
- Generating quality leads & scheduling in-home consultations
- Showcasing our top-tier window & door solutions
- Using your communication skills to influence and inspire action
What We're Looking For
- A natural salesperson – you love talking to people and have a talent for persuasion
- Resilient and goal-oriented – comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
- Strong communicator – able to connect, influence, and engage with all types of people
- Comfortable in face-to-face marketing settings
- Must have: personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Willing and able to stand on your feet for 5–10 hours
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (event materials, display items, etc.
- A growth mindset – eager to learn and develop your sales skills
