Event Brand Ambassadors explain the company’s products and services to homeowners. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers at various community and retail events.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and breakdown at events such as home shows, concerts, farmers markets, etc.
- Memorization and understanding of brand information
- Booking event attendees for an appointment with one of our amazing design consultants
- Educate consumers on product features and benefits
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience – Prior Events Experience is a Plus
- Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Event Locations in the Area
- Availability to Work At Least 3 Weekends per Month
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
