What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
As a Residential Technician, you’ll assemble ERV units and accessories with accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a safe, positive, and team-oriented production environment.

Assemble residential ERV units accurately and within established lead times

Inspect work to ensure quality standards and procedures are met

Use hand and light power tools safely and effectively

Apply job knowledge throughout the entire build process

Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates

Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements

Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1–3 years of relevant experience
