What You’ll Do

Choose Your Schedule
- Four 10-hour days: Monday – Thursday
- OR Five 8-hour days: Monday – Friday Start your day between 5:00–6:00 AM, and enjoy flexibility built around your life.
- At least 3-5 years operating metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, press brake, etc.)(Press and Trumpf)
- 1 years of manufacturing experience
- Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
- A strong communicator who’s proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
- 1 years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
- Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions
- The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
