What You’ll Do

As a 2nd Shift Commercial Technician, you’ll take the lead in assembling and building commercial air systems from start to finish. You’ll work from up-to-date drawings and specs, turning components into complete, high-performing ventilation units. Every day brings new challenges, variety, and teamwork.

You’ll:

• Assemble commercial units and accessories to exact specifications and drawings
  
• Inspect your work to ensure top-tier quality and complete documentation accurately
  
• Follow all safety procedures and help keep a clean, organized, and positive workspace
  
• Communicate clearly with your team to stay on track and meet production goals
  
• Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements
  
• Cross-train in multiple areas to expand your skills and keep things fresh

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
  
• Basic computer and math skills (measurements, fractions, etc.)
  
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics
  
• Comfort using hand and power tools (band saw, grinder, panel saw, etc.)
  
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. (team or device assistance for heavier items)
