The Residential Technician plays a critical role in our production process, ensuring the accurate and efficient fabrication and assembly of Residential ERV units and accessories. This full-time position supports team efforts to streamline lead times and maintain high-quality products for RenewAire customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble units accurately and efficiently within set lead times and job hours.
- Maintain high quality by inspecting work and following established procedures.
- Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Prompt communication with other employees and customers, as well as administrative tasks and personal management skills.
Work Environment:
