Position Overview
The OEM & Private Label Program Manager will play a key role in building and managing partnerships with equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and private label customers. This person will serve as the bridge between RLI’s sales, production, and R&D teams ensuring each project runs smoothly from concept to launch.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with OEM and private label customers from initial contact through delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop product proposals, labeling, and packaging that meet customer needs.
- Oversee project timelines, approvals, and communication across departments.
- Support OEM qualification programs and private label onboarding.
- Prepare sales materials, technical data, and marketing collateral for partner programs.
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships and product expansion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity.
- Attend trade shows, customer visits, and technical meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years in account management, OEM sales, or program coordination (industrial, automotive, or manufacturing background preferred).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic technical understanding of lubricants, fluids, or related products (training provided).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Base Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
