Commercial Solar InstallerTemp to Hire Renewable Energy Partners Inc. Corona, Ca. | REP is looking to add to our dynamic team of commercial solar installers. In this position you will be part of an installation crew that ensures the safe, high-quality, and timely installations of commercial solar systems. Construction experience is recommended for this position. If you are seeking employment here is the opportunity. Job Requirements: Assemble and install all system components 3 years as an experienced installer Available Monday through Saturday - 8 hours per day Take work related orders and execute as instructed by appointed supervisor. Maintain a professional appearance around all REP employees, clients, affiliates, and vendors. Personal equipment and tools required at all times: Work boots, fitted work jeans with no large holes, tool bag w/ strap, cordless tools & hand tools required to perform the job. Qualifications:General understanding of common building materials, tools and techniquesComplete understanding of solar technology and solar applicationsRecommended electrical experience but not requiredGeneral understanding of the NEC Article 690OSHA 30 for Construction recommendedProficient with safety equipment, their standards and installation protocolsStrong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to think critically and solve problems independentlyRequirements:Must be able to lift at least 65 lbs.Must be able to climb ladders and work on your feet for long periods of timeHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid state driver's licenseMust have a reliable vehicle and cell phoneOpportunity:Temp employment through April w/ the opportunity to sign on permanentlyIncome is dependent upon experience &/or Prevailing Wage Paid vacation after 2,080 hours workedLeadership, Safety, and Professional Development trainingLocal candidates only
