What Youll Do
- Work warm leads only no cold calling, no dialing random lists
- Call aged data (20 years) fresh inbound inquiries daily
- Use proven scripts to overcome objections and lock in appointments
- Set appointments for free in-home energy evaluations (no hard selling)
- Hit daily/weekly booking targets and maximize commission
- $15$20/hour base (1099)
- Aggressive commission structure (up to $150 per appointment)
- Performance bonuses year-end volume incentives
- High performers can significantly increase weekly earnings
