What We’re Looking For

- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required for Day Shift roles
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass required background checks and complete training/certifications
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respectful, person-centered assistance with daily living skills and routines
- Support individuals with medication administration, hygiene, and meal preparation as assigned
- Encourage community participation and meaningful engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members
- Complete accurate documentation and required program records in a timely manner

Pay & Schedule
Enjoy a steady biweekly payday and a consistent schedule of three (3) 12-hour shifts each week, with rotating weekends to keep things balanced.
