Pay Type: Hourly (Bi-weekly pay)
Employment Status & Pay Rates:
- Full-Time & Part-Time (Night Shift): $15.00/hour
- Full-Time & Part-Time (Day Shift – Driver’s License & Insurance Required): $16.00/hour
- PRN (Pro Re Nata): $16.00/hour

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and training certifications
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support clients in daily routines and therapeutic activities
- Assist with behavior management and crisis de-escalation
- Document observations and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support individualized care plans
- Foster a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment
