Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Renew Residential Services is seeking qualified Behavioral Health Technicians to support individuals in a safe and structured residential environment. This role focuses on consistent implementation of behavior support services and daily care in alignment with each individual’s plan of care.
Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license & insurance required for Day Shift full time
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and training certifications
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support clients in daily routines and therapeutic activities
- Assist with behavior management and crisis de-escalation
- Document observations and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support individualized care plans
- Foster a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment

Pay: Paid bi-weekly (every two weeks).
Schedule: Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends. Shifts are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (day and overnight rotation as assigned).
