Job Description
RENEW Life Counseling Services is a growing private practice located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We provide compassionate, personalized mental health counseling to adults navigating life's challenges.
As we expand from a solo practice into a group practice, we are seeking dedicated, independently licensed mental health therapists to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking to grow their caseload while maintaining professional independence and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Deliver ethical, evidence-based mental health services.
- Manage an assigned caseload and coordinate scheduling.
- Maintain compliance with applicable professional, legal, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with practice leadership as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Pennsylvania clinical license in at least one of the following:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Ability to provide psychotherapy independently within the scope of licensure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
Preferred:
- Experience providing individual therapy to adults.
- Experience in outpatient or private practice settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
