Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Bath and Shower Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance on our range of bath and shower products. Your energy and customer-centric approach will help drive sales while ensuring a positive experience for every homeowner.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their bathroom remodeling needs through active listening and inquiry
- Present product features, benefits, and options tailored to customer preferences
- Demonstrate product solutions, including safe bathing options, to highlight value and functionality
- Assist customers in selecting the best bath or shower solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and facilitate the sales process
- Maintain a clean, organized sales area that showcases available products effectively
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Must own good working vehicle and and IPAD to conduct digital presentations.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have previous in home selling experience.
- Must be able to follow a systematic selling approach.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping customers improve their homes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
