What you’ll do as a Physical Therapist
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans of care
- Provide skilled physical therapy visits in patients’ homes throughout the Sherman area
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Adjust the plan of care as patients progress and collaborate with the care team
- Teach patients and families home exercises and safety strategies
- Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools
What we’re looking for
- Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Home health experience a plus
- A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment
- A caring, patient-first attitude
