In this full-time role, you’ll build and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners — connecting more patients to the care they need at home. What you’ll do as an Account Executive
- Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and discharge planners
- Represent Renew Home Health in the community and at local events
- Educate referral partners on our services and what sets our care apart
- Track leads and follow up consistently to keep the referral pipeline strong
- Partner with the clinical and office teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
- Meet and exceed census and growth goals for your territory
What we’re looking for
- Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations (home health or hospice a plus)
- A strong local network, or the drive to build one quickly in the Abilene area
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
