Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Assistant, located in Alamogordo, NM. The Certified Medical Assistant will perform various duties, including patient care, assisting healthcare providers during examinations, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver efficient and empathetic care to patients on their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting, including supporting healthcare providers and performing clinical tasks.
- Strong understanding of Medical Terminology to effectively communicate and document patient information.
- Experience in a Medical Office setting with familiarity in performing administrative and front-desk tasks.
- Skills in Patient Care, ensuring compassionate and professional interaction with individuals in recovery.
- Knowledge and expertise in managing Medical Records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
