Client Service Coordinator

Renew Hair Salon & Renew Wellness Spa & Salon, located in The Villages, FL is growing our team! Our team offers exceptional hair care so clients look their best!

We are searching for a qualified Client Services Coordinator in our Pinellas Plaza and Buffalo Ridge location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to delivering overall client satisfaction to clients as well as:

1. Open and close salon/spa each day according to company standards.

2. Booking and securing client appointments.

3. Processing client payments.

4. Assist hair salon assistants with maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of salon, including laundry.

5. Ability to professionally and accurately handle financial transactions.

Knowledge of Excel and Word helpful but not mandatory,

Must have a professional tone and able to manage conversations with clients. You will work and be trained on our Salon Iris software which is used to manage client appointments and information.

This position qualifies for the award winning Villages Charter School featuring grades K-12.

Renew Hair Salon is part of multi-site facility that includes Renew Day Spa Leesburg, a full service day spa located in Downtown Leesburg and the newly opened Renew Wellness Spa & Salon in The Villages.

The position will eventually involve working at all 3 locations.

Our salon location offers several unique features sure to make your clients comfortable, including a separate color processing table and intimate check-out process.'
