Seasonal Yard Sign & Warehouse Associate

W-2 Position

We are a holiday lighting company, and this position plays a significant role in supporting our busy season operations.

You’ll be:

• Placing yard signs around the area — routes will be prepared for you
• Prepping materials for upcoming jobs, including preparing Christmas lights, fluffing wreaths, and other décor prep
• Reloading trailers for install crews
• Refueling trucks and keeping them clean and organized
• Running materials to teams in the field as needed
• Helping keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked

Schedule

• Schedule is to be announced. Overtime is optional for Saturday.
• If one of these shifts is close to your availability but needs a small adjustment, let us know and we’ll see if we can accommodate.
• Until September first, we will run on a flexible schedule that does not start as early or end as late. We will likely be an 8 am start, give or take. We don't start installing until September 29th, which marks the beginning of the early or late schedule.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at a steady pace
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
