We are seeking a skilled Exodontist / Oral Surgeon / Surgical Dentist with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to help build and scale a high-demand surgical practice. This is a partner-track role, ideal for a doctor who wants more autonomy, leadership opportunity, and long-term growth beyond traditional associate positions.

Responsibilities
- Perform surgical extractions, third molar removal, pre-prosthetic surgery, and implant placement
- Provide IV and/or oral sedation within California Dental Board scope
- Develop treatment plans focused on medically necessary and ethical patient care
- Help grow and refine the surgical service line (protocols, systems, team training)
- Participate in community outreach and referral-building initiatives
- Contribute entrepreneurial insight as the practice expands to additional locations
Ideal Candidate
- DDS/DMD with GPR/AEGD or specialty training in oral surgery, exodontia, anesthesia, or implantology
- Confident in surgical extractions, impacted thirds, and implant placement
- Ethics-driven, patient-centered, and comfortable treating diverse populations including Denti-Cal
- Strong communication and team-leadership abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset — interested in growth, innovation, and partnership
- Moderate sedation permit (or willing to obtain)
Qualifications
Active California dental license
- Sedation permit preferred
- Experience in high-volume oral surgery or implant surgery
- Strong record of clinical excellence and patient trust
