Residential House Cleaner - Part-Time

Renew Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving the local community. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team as a part-time residential house cleaner.

About the position

This is a true part-time position while we build our customer base.

We are a new and growing company, so the number of available cleaning hours will start small and increase as we add customers. Initially, we expect approximately 5–15 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as our client base grows.

We cannot guarantee a set number of hours initially. This position is a good fit for someone who wants flexible part-time work and is comfortable growing with a new local business.

What you'll do

You will provide professional residential cleaning services in customers' homes, including:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Dusting surfaces and furniture
• Cleaning countertops, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Emptying trash
• Cleaning other areas according to Renew Cleaning's service checklist
• Providing a friendly and professional experience for our customers
• Following company cleaning standards and checklists
• Communicating promptly about scheduling or customer-related issues

You will be provided with the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to perform the job.

Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. The right person who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn can be successful in this role.

Schedule

Part-time — approximately 5–15 hours per week initially

As Renew Cleaning gains customers, additional hours will become available.

Cleaning appointments will generally take place during daytime hours on weekdays, with additional availability potentially becoming available as the business grows.

Because we are currently building our customer base, applicants should be comfortable with a schedule that starts small and increases over time.

Compensation

$21–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
