As the Manager / Senior Manager, Marketing, you will own programs that generate qualified demand, strengthen market visibility, and support commercial growth. This highly visible role partners closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Development, Medical Writing, external vendors and clients to help build a scalable marketing engine. You will lead initiatives across brand execution, content development, campaign strategy, digital marketing, and market-facing education through hands-on execution, vendor management, and strong cross-functional collaboration.


You will refine and execute demand generation and market education strategies that directly support Renew’s commercial growth. Marketing is a core driver of our commercial growth engine, with success measured by qualified pipeline creation, campaign performance, lead quality, and overall commercial impact.

The ideal candidate will be based in-office and will report directly to the Vice President, Commercial.


Responsibilities


  • Track competitors, industry shifts, and market trends, then turn insights into timely campaigns and content opportunities.
  • Identify proof point and marketing asset gaps, then partner with Product Development to strengthen materials, evidence, and messaging for target ICPs.
  • Own website copy, messaging, and positioning to improve conversion across key pages.
  • Support account-based marketing programs with Sales and Business Development for priority accounts.
  • Oversee blog and long-form content development, translating complex scientific and commercial topics into clear market education.
  • Run Renew’s LinkedIn presence across organic and paid channels to build visibility, engagement, and demand.
  • Own SEM strategy and execution to drive qualified inbound demand and continuously optimize performance.
  • Own CRM marketing in HubSpot, including workflows, email programs, segmentation, lead nurturing, and database-driven execution.
  • Manage publisher relationships and programs from planning through performance optimization.
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to expand reach and support shared commercial goals.
  • Lead conference planning and execution, including messaging, collateral, promotion, logistics support, and follow-up strategy.
  • Build marketing analytics and reporting focused on CPL, CAC, pipeline movement, and pilot creation.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 6 years of marketing experience in a high-growth environment with strong B2B demand generation focus.
  • Life sciences experience is strongly preferred; next-generation sequencing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with account-based marketing and partnership with commercial teams on high-value pipeline creation.
  • Hands-on experience managing SEM, paid digital, and demand generation programs with measurable results.
  • Experience executing email and lifecycle marketing programs in HubSpot or similar systems.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and related reporting tools to measure performance and generate insights.
  • Strong experience shaping technical or B2B messaging, positioning, and conversion-oriented website copy.
  • Experience leading thought leadership, long-form content, and market education initiatives.
  • Experience supporting conferences, partner marketing, and external programs while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, technical, and external teams in a fast-paced environment.


We are open to hiring at the Manager or Senior Manager level based on the candidate’s relevant experience, demonstrated impact, and readiness to independently own strategic and executional responsibilities.
