Dir, Project/Program Design

Job Description

• Interacting with design engineering (digital, analog, mixed-signal), verification, and validation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolve challenges with program risks
• Reporting program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leaders in engineering and product groups
• Managing change requests, balancing requirements with technical feasibility
• Working with partners to align roadmaps and product schedules

Qualifications

• 20 years of professional experience in project and/or program management (I will take 15 if available)
• Experience managing hardware design projects in the semiconductor industry
• Background in technical program management, design engineering, validation engineering, or verification engineering
• Experience building relationships and communicating with customers
• Experience managing different phases of long-term projects/programs – design, testing, production
• Highly technical, experience working closely with global engineering teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field

Additional Information

The expected annual base pay range for this position is $195,000K-$244,000K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
