The Entry Level Sales Associate guides customers through AT&T wireless device and internet options, delivers helpful conversations, and supports ongoing sales activity to ensure customers stay connected effortlessly.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, our training program covers AT&T's products, from unlimited data plans to fiber internet that makes AT&T the top provider in Austin. The Entry Level Sales Associate engages with customers personally, understands their streaming habits and work-from-home needs, and presents solutions that keep up.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- Help ignite sales by listening to challenges, then positioning AT&T’s phones and internet as solutions.
- Drive sales of AT&T’s fiber internet by showing its support for smart homes and remote work without slowdowns.
- Assist customers in selecting AT&T phone plans that include data sharing and device protection for peace of mind.
- Share success stories of how AT&T’s solutions have improved connectivity for other customers, building credibility and trust.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is not required.
- Personable and customer-focused, able to discuss AT&T’s solutions with clarity.
- Basic comfort with smartphones and home internet technology.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about AT&T’s products and sales techniques.
