What You’ll Do
As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, responsible for ensuring every drink served is as elegant as our name. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. - Providing friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. - Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and keeping equipment in top condition. - Following all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. - Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who has: - At least 1 year of bartending experience, with a strong knowledge of drink preparation and mixology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and coworkers alike. - A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring every drink and interaction meets our high standards. - A passion for hospitality and making guests feel valued and appreciated. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
