- Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and analyze performance metrics.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to target specific audiences and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop digital campaigns that drive e-commerce traffic and conversions while maintaining consistent branding across all channels.
- Track web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success, identify opportunities for growth, and report on key performance indicators.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and fostering community engagement.
- Support public relations efforts by creating press releases, managing media contacts, and coordinating outreach activities.
- Assist in photography and video editing projects to produce high-quality visual content for various digital channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of content creation projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design; experience with video editing is a plus.
