Job Overview
Renata’s Organic Skincare is looking for an experienced, licensed esthetician to join our established team.
We are a busy, client-focused spa with a strong reputation in the community and a loyal clientele built over many years. We are looking for someone who sees esthetics as a career, takes pride in her work, and wants to continue growing professionally.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed esthetician in Illinois
- Has 2 years of hands-on experience preferred
- Is confident performing customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
- Has strong consultation skills and can confidently recommend treatments and home care
- Understands that great esthetics is about results, education, consistency, and client relationships
- Is comfortable recommending professional skincare products without high-pressure selling
- Values client retention, rebooking, and building a long-term clientele
- Is dependable, professional, warm, and works well as part of a team
- Is interested in continued education and learning advanced techniques
- Is available for a consistent schedule, including some evenings and/or Saturdays
About Renata’s Organic Skincare
We have been serving the Park Ridge community for many years and specialize in customized, results-oriented skincare with a holistic approach. Our treatments range from organic facials and professional peels to advanced modalities and corrective skincare.
We work extensively with Eminence Organic Skin Care and offer treatments including Green Peel, Dermalinfusion, dermaplaning, ProCell, Geneo, advanced facial techniques, and other specialized services.
We are looking for someone who wants more than simply a place to perform services. We want an esthetician who is interested in developing her skills, building lasting relationships with clients, contributing to the team, and growing with the spa as we enter our next chapter.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and performance, with additional earning opportunities through retail, advanced services, and performance incentives.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
