As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast service, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, inviting dining area and receive exceptional customer service each morning.
What you'll do:
- Set up, prepare, and maintain the breakfast buffet according to Marriott brand standards.
- Ensure food and beverage offerings are fresh, stocked, and attractively presented throughout service.
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide prompt assistance as needed.
- Monitor breakfast inventory and replenish food, beverages, and supplies.
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, counters, and buffet stations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, and storage spaces.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Assist with breakdown, cleaning, and preparation for the next day's service.
- Work collaboratively with hotel team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

- Previous hotel, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

- Stand and walk for extended periods.

- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and perform cleaning tasks.
- Safely operate food service equipment and cleaning tools.
