Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Banker based in Huntsville, AL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Mortgage Banker will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and providing expert guidance throughout the home financing process. Additionally, responsibilities include assessing client needs, structuring loan recommendations, managing the loan application process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of Mortgage Lending, Loans, and Mortgages
- Expertise in Residential Mortgages and related financial products
- Strong understanding of Finance and loan processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in residential mortgage lending is required
- Active NMLS license and familiarity with regulatory compliance standards
- Self-motivation and dedication to providing exceptional service
