Head South Asian Chef (Malaysian, Singaporean & Indonesian cuisine) - Las Vegas

We are urgently recruiting for a Head South Asian Chef (Malaysian, Singaporean & Indonesian cuisine) for our client in Las Vegas. If you are entrepreneurial and have exceptional experience in high end fine dining restaurants in Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and/or currently in the USA please contact us.
Key Requirements:
Current or previous experience in well known 5 star properties - preferred candidate with authentic South Asian cuisine experience
Must come from top notch South Asian restaurants
Knowledgeable of the latest South Asian cuisine trends.
Capable to produce high quality food for VIPs and High rollers
Great Trainer & Motivator for the team.
Creative and Innovative
Capable of understanding the requirements of the Casino
General knowledge of kitchen administration required.
Strong cost controller.
Guest and people oriented.
Capable of communicating in English well is preferred.
Compensation: Exceptional compensation for short term initial engagement plus accommodation, meals, laundry etc. provided
