Our clinics are open Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday requirements. The right candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, building relationships with patients, and partnering closely with our physicians and clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
As an RN with RenalCare Associates, you will play an important role in coordinating care and helping patients navigate their treatment. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and triaging patient needs, including responding to patient calls and determining appropriate next steps
- Communicating patient concerns and changes in condition to physicians and other members of the care team
- Providing patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, physician orders, and disease management
- Reviewing medications and allergies and assisting with medication management as directed by providers
- Coordinating referrals, follow-up care, and other services
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation
- Monitoring patient conditions and response to treatment
- Collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Three years of nursing experience preferred
- Nephrology and/or critical care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, patient education, and customer service skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, professionalism, reliability, and follow-through
