What You’ll Do
As a leader at the front line, you’ll set the tone for guest service excellence while supporting hotel operations:
- Deliver consistently exceptional guest service and resolve concerns with care and urgency
- Lead by example during guest check-in and check-out, ensuring efficiency and warmth
- Manage guest mail, messages, and special requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain expert knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, amenities, and selling strategies
- Take reservations, manage room blocks, and coordinate special arrangements
- Answer phones using proper etiquette and brand standards
- Monitor room availability and partner with the AGM/GM on yield management and restrictions
- Handle guest safe deposits following established procedures
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times
- Stay knowledgeable on emergency and security procedures to ensure guest and team safety

- High school diploma or equivalent required (hospitality and/or supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service
