Position Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator based in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support the marketing operations with a focus on the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media presence within the tile, stone, and luxury home design industry. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling content that showcases tile collections, installation projects, showroom displays, and design inspiration while maintaining a consistent luxury brand image.
The ideal candidate has a foundation of marketing best-practices and a strong eye for interior design aesthetics, photography composition, and visual storytelling. This individual should be passionate about architecture, interior design, and home trends, and comfortable working with showroom teams, designers, and marketing staff to create engaging social content.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
Pinterest, Houzz, and others as assigned
Photograph and capture video content of tile displays, showroom vignettes, finished installations, and new product collections
Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent luxury brand voice and visual identity across all social channels Schedule posts using social media management tools and maintain an organized content calendar aligned with
product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with showroom staff, designers, sales teams, and marketing personnel to develop content that highlights featured materials, trends, and completed projects
Create and edit visual assets including graphics, reels, short-form videos, and carousel posts featuring tile, stone,
and luxury interior spaces
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries, responding professionally and directing leads to appropriate sales or showroom staff when necessary
- Track and report social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance
- Research interior design trends, architectural styles, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and content ideas
- Support product launches, showroom events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns through targeted social media coverage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience managing or supporting social media accounts, preferably within interior design, construction, building materials, tile, stone, or luxury home industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reflect a polished, professional brand voice
- Experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Houzz, etc.)
- Basic photography and videography skills with an understanding of lighting, angles, and composition for interior environments
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, showroom schedules, and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the tile, stone, flooring, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or luxury home design industries
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Experience editing short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
- Knowledge of interior design trends, color palettes, and material applications
- Photography experience in showroom or interior environments
- Experience supporting trade events, showroom events, or product launches
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing fundamentals related to product-based businesses

Work Environment
Work Hours: 8:30am -5:00pm. Exempt employee available to work overtime (arrive early/stay late) to meet needs on the fly if business demands.

Occasional travel to project sites, customer installations, or industry events may be required
