Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HVAC Instructor, located in New York, NY. The HVAC Instructor will be responsible for teaching HVAC courses, developing curriculum, training students, and providing hands-on instruction. This role includes preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and ensuring students are equipped with the necessary skills to pass certification exams and succeed in the HVAC industry.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC
- Skills in Training and Teaching
- Experience in Curriculum Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in teaching or vocational training is a plus
