We are looking for 1 or 2 positive and energetic individuals who would like to embark on a fulfilling journey into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. With this position, you will implement therapy with learners and teach them meaningful skills such as communication, adaptive living skills, and social skills.
****No prior experience in this position is required; we will give you training to excel!
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Position Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED, HISET, etc).
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid Work or Education Visa
- Have experience OR would like to gain experience working with individuals with neurodivergence (DD, autism, phobias, ADHD, ODD, etc)
- Flexibility to work in home, community, Telehealth, and clinic based environments
- Able to stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump, and engage with learners for up to 30 minutes at a time (not a necessity)
- Able to lift/support 40-50 lbs
- Compassion for individuals of all creeds
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check at the county, state, and national level that includes criminal history and abuse/ neglect (Employment is conditional upon the receipt of appropriate background checks)
- Employment and/or personal reference checks
Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide 1:1 implementation of individualized ABA programs using various ABA instructional/educational methodologies
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
- Participate in behavior reduction protocols as directed by the supervisor
- Communicate with parents and caregivers relating to client’s daily progress per information given by the BCBA and team lead
- Maintain safety procedures and protocols
- Maintain client confidentiality as instructed by the company policy
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment, as instructed
- Punctuality for schedules shifts
- Collaborate with the treatment team
- Adherence to all company policies. Including but not limited to cell phone use, uniforms, time clock system, session preparation, no air pods, etc.
- Maintain respectful and effective communication with coworkers and supervisors at all times.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines (will be taught throughout initial training)
