Position Summary
Ensures Renaissance Social Services' facilities are safe, functional, and sanitary. This role performs skilled repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily housekeeping to meet organizational standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Facilities Maintenance:
- Perform skilled repairs including plumbing (leaks, clogs), electrical (switches, fixtures), HVAC (filters, basic troubleshooting), and carpentry.
- Execute interior "refresh" tasks: drywall patching, caulking, and painting.
- Assemble and install furniture, shelving, and wall-mounted equipment (TVs, blinds).
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems and life-safety equipment (fire extinguishers, exit signs).
Janitorial & Sanitation:
- Daily sanitization of high-traffic areas, offices, and restrooms.
- Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) and waste/biohazard disposal.
- Inventory and restock all facility cleaning and paper supplies.
- Asset Management: Perform/coordinate basic maintenance on organizational vehicles (fluids, tires) and maintain a log of tool/equipment service.
Compliance:
- Ensure all work areas and storage closets meet OSHA safety standards.
- Respond to emergency facility calls as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable, relevant work experience in building maintenance, construction, or skilled trade experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, stand for full shifts.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
