Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service & Experience: Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of massage therapies (Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Reiki), delivering a luxurious and personalized spa experience tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Sanitation & Organization: Perform daily setup and breakdown of the massage room, ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking of supplies, and adherence to high sanitation standards.
- Care & Compassion: Display a genuine concern for the well-being of guests, contributing to their relaxation, satisfaction, and overall spa experience.
- Operational Support: Assist with restocking supplies, handling laundry, and maintaining spa efficiency during downtime to ensure smooth operations.
