Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their visit
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles using manual transmissions or other vehicle types, adhering to
parking protocols - Assist guests with luggage or other needs as required, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during vehicle drop-off and pick-up transactions
- Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate vehicle movements efficiently and prevent delays
- Conduct routine inspections of parked vehicles to identify any issues or damages, reporting concerns promptly
- Uphold safety standards by following proper driving procedures and adhering to traffic laws at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong driving skills, including experience operating manual transmission vehicles and familiarity with
parking regulations - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus)
- Previous dealership or retail experience, especially involving cash handling or cashiering tasks
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing and cash management
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; delivery driver experience is advantageous
